Use Ghoomza responsibly.
These product terms set the minimum rules for using Ghoomza’s travel community, Plans, content, campsites and messaging features.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Ghoomza account. Do not create an account for a minor.
Account responsibility
Keep sign-in details secure, provide accurate account information, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Community content
Only share content you are entitled to share. Do not post harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, illegal material, invasive personal information, or content that endangers people. Content and profiles can be reported for safety review.
Plans and real-world activities
Ghoomza is a community coordination platform, not a tour operator. Organizers and participants independently verify route, weather, transport, permits, fitness, equipment, emergency plans and local conditions, and remain responsible for their real-world decisions.
Campsites and bookings
Listing details, availability, pricing, access and conditions must be independently confirmed with the relevant host or provider. Follow local rules, land permissions, fire restrictions and leave-no-trace practices.
Moderation and enforcement
Ghoomza may review reports and warn, restrict, hide or suspend accounts or content to operate and protect the community. Affected users may use the available appeal or grievance channel.
Privacy and account deletion
The Privacy Center explains data use, optional communication choices, export, correction and the reviewed account-deletion process. Some records may be retained where needed for safety, disputes, service delivery or applicable law.

Read the Privacy Center or contact the Grievance Officer. These operational terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before any material legal-policy change.
